When will my order be processed?

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free standard shipping is available on orders of USD 69.00 and above.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Returns must be approved before sending items back.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to our error, we cover the return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
