Return & Refund Policy
This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, and related issues are handled when you purchase products from Livren (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1) Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your item(s).
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories and inserts.
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or confirmation email).
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
2) Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, or clearance reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. If an item is non-returnable, it will be clearly indicated on the product page or at checkout.
3) How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact us within the return period at info@livren.com and provide the following information:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you would like to return
- Reason for return (optional, but helpful)
Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and a return address. Please do not send items back without prior approval, as unsolicited returns may not be processed.
4) Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (for example, you received the wrong item, or the item arrived damaged or defective), we will cover the return shipping cost or provide an appropriate solution.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
5) Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you by email whether your refund request is approved.
If approved:
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days after inspection is completed.
Please note that your payment provider or bank may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
6) Original Shipping Fees
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except for returns due to our error.
7) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@livren.com.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label
We will review the information provided and, as appropriate, arrange a replacement, reshipment, or refund.
8) Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you would like a different item, size, or style, please place a new order and return the original item in accordance with this policy.
9) Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be handled according to this Return & Refund Policy after delivery.
10) Refund Timing and Limitations
Refunds apply to the item price only and do not include:
- Original shipping fees (unless due to our error)
- Return shipping costs (unless covered by us)
Refunds will not be issued for items returned outside the stated return window or items that show signs of use or damage not caused during transit.
