Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed with Livren (“we,” “us,” or “our”) are processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1) Order Processing Time 

Order processing time is 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).

Processing includes order verification, quality inspection, packaging, and handoff to the carrier.

During peak seasons, promotional periods, or times of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If processing exceeds the normal timeframe, we will notify you by email.

Note: Processing time and shipping time are calculated separately. Shipping time begins once the package has been dispatched.

2) Shipping Methods and Fees

Available shipping options and fees are displayed at checkout and are calculated based on your order total and delivery address. Our standard shipping rates are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: Orders from USD 1.00 to USD 68.99 — Shipping fee USD 9.90
  • Free Standard Shipping: Orders of USD 69.00 and above
  • Express Shipping: Shipping fee USD 19.90

If your order qualifies for free shipping, the applicable option will be displayed at checkout.

3) Estimated Delivery Time (Transit Time)

Estimated delivery times are for reference only and may vary due to destination, weather conditions, customs clearance, or carrier-related factors.

  • Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days
  • Express Shipping: 5–7 business days

Estimated delivery time is calculated from the shipment date, not the order date.

4) Order Cutoff, Weekends, and Holidays

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During certain holidays, carriers may suspend pickup or delivery services, which may affect estimated delivery times.

5) Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent, including tracking information (if available).

After shipment, tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update. Please allow some time after receiving the tracking number before checking the status.

6) Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only.

Some products may be available for delivery to selected international destinations. Available countries or regions will be displayed at checkout. If a destination does not appear at checkout, shipping to that location is not currently supported.

7) International Orders: Duties and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country or region.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs clearance times may vary and may cause delivery delays beyond our control.

8) Address Accuracy and Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of the package, or unpaid duties or taxes, we will assist with reshipment once the package is returned and confirmed by the carrier. Additional shipping fees may apply.

If reshipment is declined, a refund for the product cost will be issued, minus any incurred shipping fees or handling charges.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact info@livren.com as soon as possible before the order ships. Once an order enters the shipping process, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.

9) Delivery Issues: Delays, Loss, or Theft

Shipping Delays

If tracking information indicates a delay, please allow additional time for delivery. If tracking updates have not changed for an extended period, please contact info@livren.com, and we will follow up with the carrier on your behalf.

Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows your order as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please first check nearby areas such as your porch, mailbox, front desk, or with neighbors, and confirm that the shipping address on your order is correct. You may also contact the carrier directly to obtain delivery location details.

If the package cannot be located, please notify us as soon as possible. Contact us at info@livren.com within 7 days of the delivery status being marked as “Delivered.” While we will assist in communicating with the carrier, we cannot guarantee resolution in cases involving theft or carrier misdelivery.

10) Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages depending on inventory availability or logistical requirements. In such cases, you may receive multiple tracking numbers. No additional shipping fees will be charged beyond what was shown at checkout.

11) Incorrect, Damaged, or Missing Items (Shipping-Related)

If you receive an incorrect item, a damaged product, or if items are missing from your order, please contact info@livren.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide the following information:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item(s), packaging, and shipping label

After verification, we will arrange a replacement, reshipment, or another appropriate resolution.
